I need an web-based game developed

I'm looking to have a simple game developed for the web. It should be built in a framework that is responsive (works on mobile resolutions) and can be published as a mobile application.

The game is a basic pattern recognition prototype. If the user can identify the pattern and input the correct answer for the next item in the sequence they win.

There are three modes for the pattern: number, word, and image. Each mode will pull from assets to create the pattern.

The scope of this project is to develop one game for each mode. I will provide game assets, website design assets, game rules/conditions, and designs.

50% of the fee will be released 50% of the way through development, as agreed upon. 25% will be released at 75% completion, and the remainder released once live on the web.
