HTML5 games and Flash conversion

General information for the business: Children education online
Description of requirements/functionality: We need lots of Flash games for children. converted to HTNL5 or epub 3, see underneath. These games are our own games and we have the FLA code. In addition to the conversion, we may want some changes – all should be translated, but we will supply necessary text and layout.
We have also need new games, based upon Flash games, made by others, where we want to use the idea, but a new games has to be made.
Furthermore we need games based upon our own description on how they should work. As they are for children age 3-8, they are quite easy.
Everything is needed in HTML5, but it is a great plus if you can deliver in the epub 3 format, which in fact is HTML5, but packed as epub 3. Epub is essential for us, as all our customers will be using epub readers on all platforms.
We do not want web based games. All games has to be played offline.
We will send whatever games or manuscripts needed and want a fixed price f or the job, but this you will have to give first when you have learnt exactly what job you get. As you can understand from this, there are different jobs and we have to divide it between several persons/companies.
Please state in your answer whether you can deliver HTML5 or epub 3.
