Build a bowling simulator (cricket) in Unity 3D

I want to create a bowling simulator in Unity 3D as an initial project. I need a developer who has;
- Great Unity 3D experience
- Excellent ball physics knowledge for swing and spin bowls
- Ideally, but not essential, good cricket knowledge
- Can make the simulator LOOK good, experience with lighting and graphics is ESSENTIAL

The mechanism is simple. The player will pull back on a ball to select the line and length (like a slingshot). A dot of where the ball will land will show on the pitch (and stay on screen) and there will also be a rough but not exact area shown of where the ball will go.

If a freelancer can get the bowling mechanism right, and make it look fantastic then I will use you for a bigger project immediately after.
