About the Role
We are looking for a Blockchain / Web3 Game Developer to design and implement on-chain and hybrid features inside our games: wallets, tokens, NFT flows, and secure integrations with game clients and backend services.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain smart-contract interactions, chain RPC connectivity, and signing flows aligned with game design;
- Integrate Web3 SDKs with Unity/Unreal or custom clients used on Stepico projects
- Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs, indexing, and anti-abuse measures for Web3 features;
- Document technical approaches, risks, and deployment steps for production releases;
- Stay current with chain ecosystems relevant to our roadmap (e.g. EVM-compatible networks and tooling).

Requirements
- Solid programming experience (e.g. C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) in shipping software;
- Hands-on experience with blockchain development (Solidity or comparable stack) and secure coding practices;
- Understanding of wallets, transactions, gas, and common Web3 UX pitfalls in games;
- English Upper-Intermediate+ for daily communication with clients and the team;
- Ability to own solutions end-to-end and communicate trade-offs clearly.

Nice to Have
- Prior commercial game production or live-service experience;
- Familiarity with indexing pipelines, subgraphs, or custodial vs non-custodial wallet patterns;
- Interest in economy design and sustainability of tokenised game loops.
