Bird games

I aim to develop an immersive bird simulation game focusing on realism and habitat exploration. Players will be able to freely explore realistic 3D environments ranging from forest to wetlands as different common bird species. Flight mechanics will be based on accurate bird anatomy with realistic wing motions, gliding and perching abilities. Varied bird behaviors will be modelled including breeding, nesting, foraging and interacting with other birds and animals. Players can observe natural behaviors up close or from a distance using free camera controls. Different seasons and times of day will impact available activities and behaviors. Building on a flexible game engine, I intend to continually expand environments, playable birds and non-player creatures over time. A key goal is to educate players about different bird species and habitats while entertaining through simulated aerial exploration and observation. Complex vegetation, weather systems and daylight cycles will further immerse players in believable virtual simulations. Potential contractors should have robust experience designing and programming bird AI, biological simulations and open-world games emphasizing realism. System programming skills for rendering realistic physics, animation and environmental effects are essential. I aim to work collaboratively to deliver an innovative educational simulation celebrating amazing avian diversity. Contractors passionate about accurate wildlife representation are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.
