Our team is new to Zoho. We have managed to link one email via the Zoho CRM system to microsoft emails, but the error message received for the balance is there is a problem with the SMTP email.
Once resolved, we would be interested in ad hoc guidance re automated reminders and more. Only interested in UK based freelancers please.

    Hi Mahmood. I managed to get my email sorted. There are another two but I cant recall the route I took to sort mine, which was more by accident, as the recommended route from Microsoft wasnt accurate.
