General information for the business: Educational Service Provision
Description of requirements/functionality: We current have CRM 2011 to organise our staff and sales. However as a company we have grown and now the current system is struggling under the strain of a larger workforce and more data. Additionally elements of the current systems are built outside the SDK so we have been lead to believe it cannot be migrated to CRM 2013 or 2015 online - is this the case?
We either require our system altering so it will migrate to 2013 or 2015 with some improvements adding.
Or
... We need a new system building from scratch in CRM 2015 online and our data importing
Or
... We need a new system building from scratch in something else and our data importing
