Simple Recruitment / Staffing CRM (ATS) Required!

Hi,

I currently own and run a recruitment agency www.astonjones.com and I am now looking for someone to develop a simple recruitment/staffing CRM system (or application tracking system) as part of my business, so that I can offer this as a tool to be used by my own clients on a subscription basis.

I’m looking for the following features of a ATS/CRM system:

• As I’ll be offering this as a tool to use to my clients, they would need their own logins and have access to their own account within the system. Ideally I’d like my clients to be able to to assign up to 3 users per account to be able to manage each account as sometimes there’s more than 1 person that handles staffing solutions for a business
• Each client will have the 'company info' tab/field where they would input their business information. This will also be where they can can change their password and handle other admin tasks associated with their account
• Job description template builder. I will provide info on the various fields that would be required for this but once a user populates and fills in the info it should generate the job description which would be submitted to us (the main user) for review and approval
• Each client will be given either 6 or 12 job posting credits depending on the monthly subscription they sign up to. But we would also need the functionality to increase these credits manually. Once a user uses all their credits they will not be able to post anymore jobs in the system and they should receive a message to contact us to increase credits. If we could include functionality where they can purchase extra credits in the system that would be great but if this will complicate things to begin with then I can add this functionality later. When a client only has 1 credit left in their account then we should be notified in our admin so that we can get in touch with them to either sell them more credits or to just inform them
• Ability to post their advert to various free job posting websites automated. Other similar systems already do this so the APIs will be available for this
• For some job boards we will manually need to post the advert for clients so we will need a field where we can include the job advert web links
• Any job applications received from the automated job postings should come directly into the CRM
• We will also need to be able to manually add candidate CVs (word document and pdf) to each job opening. I will give more info on what fields we would need for this section
• Tracking candidate progress from interview to hire or reject with the ability for the user to leave custom notes on each candidate. These notes will only be available to the client
• GDPR compliant so a field where the Client can create a template message and email this directly to the candidate through the system.
• Reporting tools that the user can access, these will be related to the jobs they have posted and will pull data from some of the fields that will be created
• The system will need deployment to my website (http://www.astonjones.com) and be subscription based. I’d like it to be cloud based so it will be hosted on my site, allowing users to access remotely
• I‘d like it to be as user-friendly as possible, with a modern slick look and feel! If you have some dashboard themes that I could see that would be great. The system will also need my business Logo and branding on it

Happy to answer any questions you may have and I’m fully open to suggestions and further ideas from expert developers! Looking to have this developed asap. If you have experience developing a HR/Recruitment CRM system in the past then I'm happy to use an existing system that can be customised so no need to build from the ground up in this instance.
