Setup Microsoft Dynamics Cloud based CRM for a new startup

I have a database of 30,000 potential customers in three main segment groups and a further ten or so smaller segments within those main groups. I want to import these and set them up into Dynamics cloud based CRM. I have around ten products I want added to the CRM. I want to set up around ten campaigns in the CRM. I want to link it with social media and customer support tools and I want a little training. I have a month or so to do this.
