Salesforce Integrated Web Application Development

I'd like to discuss the development of a sales simulator web application which can either pull in opportunity data from Salesforce/Hubspot, via a CSV import, or via manual data entry, and then summarise the opportunity data into 4 groups (total opps, average win rate, average value, average length of sales cycle) , and then simulate scenarios, while providing trend charts and analysis.

One of the key requirements of this application is a beautiful user experience and seamless user interface.
