Description of requirements/functionality: Lead reminder: If lead is at the stage ‘Open’ for over 1 month (measured from first activity date inputted into Activities) a reminder should be sent to the owner (CD) to follow-up or close lead depending on outcome.
‘Awaiting more information’ status is needed to be introduced to allow for the weekly leads sheet to be made defunct. This is required for initial lead follow up where we are unable to make a decision whether to qualify a lead or not due to lack of information from the Account. Once a lead is in this status for over 2 month, it should get the status ‘Closed’ automatically and referred for marketing.

A visual force programmeing is required to be built in SFDC and available for all ‘Qualified’ leads to have a quick snapshot view of the Contact/Account before reaching out. The form pulls data in a ‘one pager’ format from the SFDC with a push of a button on Leads Screen. It should be exported to the MS Word format so it can be manually amended as some data would not come directly from SFDC but from external sources.
The format would look something as below. See values labelled ‘To be manually filled out by user’.
