Perfex CRM modifications needed

Need a seasoned Codeigniter developer with experience on perfex crm. Below are the list of things i need done

1. I need the "estimates" renamed to "Quotation" on the PDF and all other areas where is it addressed as estimates

2. I need to make changes in the Quotation and Invoice sections. My company sells rolling shutters and most of it priced based on area calculation. I am looking to enter the dimensions, price per square meter and cost of accessories, for example W=3000 (mm) , H=2000 (mm), Price per M^2 = 10 and cost of accessories = 20
The total for the line item should be calculated like this ((3000/1000 x 2/1000) x 10) + 20

3. We also sell multiple types of roller shutters and require the total sum of the area of each type of shutter in the footnote.

4. We also sell items based on regular Quantity and price. so this functionality should not get disabled

5. need to remove the tax column where the tax rate for each item is mentioned on the PDF for quotation and invoice

6. Basic formating of the quotation and invoice Pdf to look similar to my current quotation and invoice. ( will share it later )

I prefer to work with developers who have experience with perfex.
