Outlook Response Tracking

We send out a list of available vacant properties to 400 third party email addresses daily.

We are looking for a software to track which one of our third parties are not responding to our mailing list as well as information on when the last time they have responded.

This will help us target the third parties we hear the least of in order to re establish our business relationship.
