OpenERP small customization

This is a very short job if you know what you're doing.

I need somebody who can just duplicate the "Employees" sub-menu, but the name of the duplicated sub-menu will be "Alumni". I need the alumni menu to show all the Non-Active employees (so the active box will be unticked), so the filters will need to be played with so that the employees and alumni filters are different, at the moment they are always mirrored because it's a duplication so you will need to find a way around this.

Price is negotiable, I'm guessing if you know how OpenERP works you could do this in 5 minutes, or it may take several hours if I didn't understand how complex the problem can be.

I will have quite a few small or medium sized openerp customization jobs in the future so if job is well done will keep contact.
