Looking for an Odoo developer to create an automation that generates a Field Service task automatically when a Helpdesk ticket is created.
Must copy ticket fields (name, customer, description, assignee, tags, etc.) into the task and support multi-company logic.
Running Odoo Online (custom build, all apps + API).
Prefer using server actions or automation rules, not external scripts.
Hourly work with potential for ongoing Odoo API and integration projects.
Fixed price around $90 CAD — open to adjustment based on experience and approach.
