Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
I have a resource plan in Excel which I want to get into MS Project. Option 1 - I would like to be shown how to get the data into MS Project and then spend some time in project to understand Resource Planning better. Option 2 - Yo utake the file and get it into an MS PRoject file. Once it is in then we spend some time going throuhg MS Project.
I will send files to those that have made proposals.
