LWC for Salesforce Community

I need help with creating a LWC for a Salesforce community that is accesible for a guest user.

The LWC is based on the following example: https://www.forcetrails.com/2021/06/filtered-searchable-datatable-in-lwc.html

But needs to meet the following requirements:
1- Object for the LWC is Contact
2- Show a list of contacts with the following columns and filters:
- PartyHub__PartyHubId__c
- Positions__c (Picklist)
- Open_for_roles__c (Picklist)
- Certifications__c (Multi Picklist)
- Years_of_Experience__c (Equal or greater than a specified number)
- OtherCountryCode (Multi picklist)
- Industry_Experience__c (Picklist)
3- Table and data is visible for guest user on the community

The list should be ordered by OtherCountryCode

After acceptance of the proposal access to a developer org will be granted with the base structure available like the community, sharing rules, test data, custom fields and the original LWC.
