Looking to integrate salesforce.com into our business

We are a small company looking to get saleforce set-up in our company but would like some support integrating our outlook, customer database (Xcel) and product database and customer history.

We are an e-commerce business with 1000 sales records (CSV doc) which need to be added to salesforce customer records so we have all the historical information stored.
