Lead Salesforce Developer / Architect — Sales Cloud and CPQ

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce specialist to lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and CPQ. You’ll work with business stakeholders and engineers to turn requirements into technical plans, build key features, and guide the quality of the implementation.

What you’ll do

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce and CPQ solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
Build and review Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with attention to performance and security.
Set coding, testing, and architecture standards; improve CI/CD and automated testing.
Guide and mentor Salesforce engineers, manage technical debt, and help plan work with technical and business leaders.
Explain technical decisions clearly to stakeholders and support incident resolution when needed.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on CPQ work.
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce configuration, security, and administration.
Experience with APIs, JSON, Git, and Agile delivery.
Ability to lead technical decisions, review code, and communicate clearly.
