IT support - Apple mac MDM, Azure, Office 365

We are looking for a new IT support partner to review the current setup of remote Apple MacOS clients, MDM remote control, RD Azure server, Office 365 and other minor IT issues.

Currently, we have 7 users, in various locations, likely to increase to 10 this year.
Each of them works on a macOS machine and uses Azure RD for 2 specific Windows-only apps and DB.
We use SharePoint for file management, however, have many problems with syncing across machines, this needs to be resolved or we need a different, more robust solution.
The Azure and Office 365 are on different accounts and, ideally, would be combined into one account.
The Azure server is currently overused and we need to increase the VM spec or optimise the current load, much of the load is due to OneDrive.
We need to set up remote management for macOS machines so they can be updated remotely and staff do not need to deal with technical issues.


Once we're confident in the abilities we will discuss ongoing support for the business.

Proposals must include a list of competencies and examples of experience with the above platforms alongside high level proposed solutions to the current issues. Proposals without sufficient information will not be considered as we already had a few consultants who turned out not to know what they are doing.
