I need help setting up/configuring Zoho

I am looking for a Zoho expert who can provide some documentation we can complete so they can configure Zoho -- we have already done basics (please do not just send an email asking for task/workflow as we do not understand the system enough) We need a structure that we can fill in etc - say with our processes and then you can map into Zoho - we need advice from an expert as well as implementation

We think we need
- field mapping checked so info feeds through (we set up modules)
-2 blue prints -- account management and sales (we have started but they have loops)
-Email templates/journeys and merge set up
-Integration with Zoho books (think we have done this)
-Link workflows to zoho projects (can we use a blueprints?)
-Populate Intake form fields from Zoho Forms to zoho accounts in CRM
-Advice on Swopping from Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns
