Draft scope of works as follows:
SALESFORCE CRM – DRAFT SCOPE OF WORKS
Functionality required:
1. Ability to send mass or individual mailers, with or without attachments / images to a selected group of contacts /industry/ LinkedIn profiles within Salesforce.
2. Ability to send mailers with a calendar invite to a selected group of contacts within Salesforce.
3. Ability to sync Salesforce with Outlook for tasks, contact, emails, reminders etc.
4. Ability to sync Salesforce with Dropbox.
5. Ability to create a sales funnel pipeline report which can be displayed on personal Salesforce dashboards.
6. Ability to make a call directly from the phone field of a contact, lead, activity, or account and keeping the directory information of when the call was made etc.
7. Ability to create target lists which are editable, however amendments made to the target list should not affect the master data within Salesforce.
8. Ability to export selected data from LinkedIn to create target lists; new contacts or to update existing contacts.
9. Ability to create; distribute and track delivery work orders and assigned actions.
10. Ability to create and update a delivery calendar.
11. Ability to run a report showing the list of open proposals; open quotes; approved quotes etc.
12. Ability to run a report showing the list of open opportunities with selected fields such as type of service (PCI; ISO Gap Analysis etc.)
13. Ability to create and run a forecasting report with selected fields.
14. All stakeholders to have access to key client and project information (PO; Project Code; project start dates; Schedule of Works; etc.)
15. All stakeholders to have the ability to create and assign a lead to sales for further action.
16. Ability to upload and submit key documents (NDA’s; Terms; Quotes; Proposals etc.)
17. Ability to upload emails as reference.
18. Have automated client satisfaction mailers (feedback forms).
19. Have automated client notifications (specials; events).
20. Have automated reminders sent to stakeholders (i.e.: pipeline updating) and receive automated confirmations when the action has been completed.
21. Have (date driven) automated pipeline reports sent to selected email recipients.
22. Ability to create and deliver invoices.
23. Have automated debtors management.
24. Ability to view user logs (time and date logged in etc.)
25. Ability to combine reports.

We are flexible with the price, payment can be fixed price or per hour.
