Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need a workflow design (diagram first, implementation second) for a GoHighLevel automation.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This job is not just to click together a workflow.
You must first design and explain the logic clearly before any implementation.
Core requirement
A single Form Submitted trigger can include data for up to three students:
• Student 1
• Student 2
• Student 3
Each student has:
• Programme Selection (dropdown: Mini / Elite / Black Belt / Adults)
The workflow must:
• Process students sequentially, not as sibling branches
• Correctly identify which programme each student selected
• Continue from Student 1 → Student 2 → Student 3
• End only once, after all students are processed
VERY IMPORTANT – design constraint
I do not want a solution that simply uses “Go To” everywhere as a shortcut.
I want:
• A clear sequential design
• Explicit explanation of how branches rejoin the main flow
• Minimal and intentional use of “Go To” only where unavoidable
• A design that is readable, maintainable, and scalable
What you must deliver (Step 1 – BEFORE building anything)
1. A simple diagram or flowchart (can be hand-drawn, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or even annotated screenshot) that shows:
o Form trigger
o Student 1 programme branching
o Rejoin point
o Student 2 programme branching
o Rejoin point
o Student 3 programme branching
o Final END
2. A short written explanation of:
o Why this structure works in GoHighLevel
o How execution continues after each student
o Where (if anywhere) “Go To” is used and why
Step 2 (only after diagram approval)
• Build the workflow in your own GoHighLevel account
• Provide a screen recording of the final build
Account access
• You must have your own active GoHighLevel account
• I will not provide access to mine
• I will not create sub-accounts
• I will not upgrade plans for this task
