Customise our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system system

Description of requirements/functionality: We currently have a report called Briefsheet by session_new design - which run out our staffs briefing sheets which give them instructions. On the current report it allows us to select which staff we wish to print out, and then prints the sheets out in staff order and date order.

We would like to have it so when it prints out a staffs brief sheets, that the last page is their DBS. A DBS is an A4 document. We would need the function to be able to upload their DBS to their staff file within CRM. Therefore if all staff are selected to print at once, each member of staff would have the brief sheets printed and the final page would be the DBS, it would then print out the next member of staffs brief sheets followed by their DBS and so on.

Our current system is hosted off site by Outsourcery. We have a development site you can use and then upload the customisations to our main system. The only access you will have is via the outsourcery control panel and to the main crm site.
