Create Bespoke Property Health Check Form in Tradify CRM

I require an experienced Tradify user to build a bespoke “Property Health Check” form within Tradify CRM.

The form must:

• Be created inside Tradify and saved as a reusable template
• Include Yes / No checkboxes for each inspection item
• Include a comments field beneath each item
• Be structured in sections (Safety, Plumbing, Heating, Kitchen, Bathroom, External)
• Produce a clean, professional PDF output
• Include engineer name, signature and date fields
• Be suitable for use across multiple jobs

This is for a property maintenance business in the UK.

I will provide the full checklist content. I require someone familiar with Tradify’s form builder to construct the template properly and test it.
