Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
This is a simulation or illustrative project that I would like proposals for.
It has to be in a motion or PowerPoint show prefereably for editing purposes.
The Idea is to simulate a Cutover Plan. (a Simulation or Illustration end to end)
Basically this is regarding a Legacy system being transformed or changed to a newer ERP system.
The Initial staging will be for a legacy ERP system that brings together all the functionalites of a machine manufacturing business. Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Logistics, Supply Chain and R2R functionality to a SAP global system. The New ERP will be QAD EE from a Legacy MFG Pro ERP System.
1. Data will be migrated to a different environment. (In base environment - this is a volume space on the server)
2. Data will be cleansed and Converted in this new development environment (Dev Environment where all data is converted, cleansed and tested)
3. Data will be migrated to a test environment
4. the data will be distributed across the workstreams
5. User Acceptance Testing will happen at the workstream level
6. A dress Rehearsal will be conducted
7. Data will be Migrated to a Base Environment and upgraded to a newer version
8. Issues found in the first UAT will be resolved in Base Environment
9. A full dress rehearsal will be carried out
10. Shutdown of the old Legacy system
11. Cutover Orchestration will happen (That is the systematic loading of data, integration or pairing of
different technologies, sequential turning on of workstreams
12. Go live action on Prod Environment.
That's the summary.
Collaborative discussion will be required for guiding the delivery of this project.
A sample work with generic audio will be necessary.
It has to be in a motion or PowerPoint show prefereably for editing purposes.
