I currently have an excel worksheet which I use for administration which is used colloboratively my a number of people. The sheet gets updated and sent back and forth between different departments/people. I need to have this converted to a webapp, which can be user updated and with version control and audit trail (in terms of users who update values in the current sheet). The app needs to output files in .csv and also be able to import batch values in .csv.
