Connect our email to ZohoRecruit and also help with ZohoCampaigns

I am seeking someone to assist with getting my Applicant Tracking System ZohoRecruit to work with my Outlook Exchange accounts for my team accounts. I do not want to route my MX records anywhere else. I have godaddy as my hosting company and tried this before and it was a disaster. Looking for someone who knows how to evaluate the settings needed to have our Applicant Tracking System sync with our company outlook exchange accounts.

I have attached a document that shows so many different ways it can be done. I have tried most and cannot get it to work at all.

If we get an email and the email is from one of our candidates or clients, that email address then is recognized by ZohoRecruit and a copy of the email goes automatically into the candidate or client record. Right now we are taking the email, copying it, then sticking it into the notes section in ZohoRecruit.

This feature has worked before but ZohoRecruit does continually change and somehow it does not work anymore.
