Note: a fluid knowledge and proper communication in the English language is required, as equally important, is a high knowledge of Salesforce, included but not limited to building junctions and multi-lookup fields that can accommodate more than 1 value in the field, after being looked up.
Warning: We had to stop a project with our previous supplier because he was incompetent of delivering. We're looking for you, to be the professional we need. With the option on much more future work. We need a partner.
We sell monitoring software for subsea power cables to offshore windfarm projects. A wind farm has many many stakeholders from the development phase to the operating phase, complex ownership, as you can imagine. There are international accounts and local subsidiaries. This can be accommodated with the parent/child relation that’s already there.
There are opportunities (deals) we can make with various stakeholders from the beginning of the project up to the end. We only need to sell it one time to one stakeholder for each project. From then on it is operational (our software) for that specific installation.
1. Make a back-up of the current framework and system, please. This is of high importance to us. I already invested many and many hours into this.
2. Would like a related list on the lightning record of each object as mentioned and described below.
Opportunities: related contacts, related accounts, related projects lists
Projects: related opportunities, related contacts, related accounts lists
accounts (child): related contacts, related opportunities, related projects lists
accounts (parent): related summary of all contacts of all children, related summary opportunities of all children , related summary of all projects of all childen.
contacts: related accounts list, related opportunities, related projects list.
Please make it so that in the lightning menu, when you touch the account menu you get the drop-down option + new Headquarters, or + new Subsidiary
3. Multi-lookup fields on all objects (very important one)
- Projects - Multi lookup fields for all mentioned stakeholders, currently single-lookup fields. Limited to (field: industry = stakeholder OR empty value)
- Accounts - none
- Contacts - multi-lookup related account
- Opportunities - none
4. Implement formula to display right value for count-fields on all 4 objects accounts, contacts, opportunities, projects, please. I have some fields like times called, times mailed, i would like you to connect all the dots behind those fields, so they actually work and display an accurate count.
I have those counts on multiple objects. Example: times called or mailed for a project (total of all mails done related to project) or an account (times mailed with all contacts related to account) or times mailed with all contacts related to a deal (opp.). Those are summary formulas of activities, you will find those on projects, accounts, contacts and opportunities as fields.
5. I’d also like to add a new custom task object, being add a linkedin message, in lightning, on all objects. Like you would with a mail or a call. And then having it displayed in the task section in lightning in the contacts object too, please. Which also has a multi-lookup field for related accounts, related contacts and related projects. I would also like you to add those multi-look up field to all other activities, like event, call, mail.
6. Add Google maps on objects: Projects - map, geo location-based
Accounts (parent and child) - address-based
Contacts - address based
We would like you to do point 1 to 3 for 200 and 4 to 6 for another 200, please. After completion of the first 3 points and after we check it to our satisfaction, we can continue. After that, we continue with point 4,5 and 6 and we will pay the other 200.
