Build Zoho Creator database application

This project is to create a database application for a very small charity which provides childcare services. The chosen tool is Zoho Creator (https://www.zoho.eu/creator). This is to replace an existing database application which was build in Microsoft Access. The functionality is:

- Storing child details, medical details and parent contact information.
- Generating printable attendance sheet for each day, based on the stored attendance data.
- Generating invoices based on stored attendance data, including cases where more than one child attends from the same family and one invoice is needed to show the combined costs.

I will be able to provide a copy of the existing Microsoft Access database (but with personal data removed), and copies of the current generated print-out reports which need to be replicated in the new application.

There are some complexities in how this application needs to work that will need to be discussed, so excellent English understanding is essential for this project. I am looking for help creating the best solution for the charity's needs. For someone with existing Zoho Creator experience and expertise the actual build should be very little work.
