Build new CRM on Zoho

Description of every module: Module 1 - Sales Leads (Students) - data will be captured from inbound leads on Zohoforms on website. This form will include the university name of the sales lead

Module 2- Participants- After sales lead (student) pays for their internship program, they are converted to a 'Participant' - this module must have fields that are autopopulated once the participant sends in a customised Zohoform

Module 3- Alumni- After the participant has been on the internship program, they must be converted to 'alumni' (and be separate from the participants)

Module 4- Universities- All universities will be in Zoho, so any lead or participant will be automatically assigned to the university. However, there must also be an option to add University contacts (academics) to the university AND the ability to create a deal with the university (so it is a seperate sales pipeline to the sales lead/participant pipeline)

Module 5- Host Companies
Each participant will be assigned a 'Host Company'- there must be a module that contains all these host companies with the ability to add contacts to the Host Company
Description of requirements/functionality: Automated emails (ideally done through ZohoCampaigns) will be sent once a sales lead is in the CRM. e.g. Day 1 receive email A, Day 3 email B, Day 5 email C......

-Expect there to be 8 automated emails required. Content of the emails will be provided
Specific technologies required: Will also be subscribing to ZohoCampaigns, ZohoForms, and ZohoSurvey
