Build a Secure Evaluation App (Dynamics 365 + Power Pages)

This is for evaluation PoC before awarding larger work.

I need a Power Platform developer to build a small POC application using Dataverse, Model-Driven App, and Power Pages.

Scope

Create 3–4 Dataverse tables (simple schema provided).

Build a Model-Driven App for internal users to create records and manage evaluations.

Build a Power Pages site for external reviewers to log in and submit evaluation forms.

External users may come from:

Other Microsoft tenants

Gmail/Personal email users

Implement basic role-based access, ensuring external users only see records assigned to them.

Add a few Power Automate flows (invitation email, status update).

Working POC with:

Internal app

External portal

Secure data access

End-to-end submission flow

Power Apps (model-driven)

Dataverse & security roles

Power Pages (authentication + permissions)

Power Automate basics

Any proposal without screenshots of previous experience will be discarded
