Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Bitrix24 expert to handle the end-to-end on-premise implementation of Bitrix24 for our organization. The project includes full system setup, customization, and integration with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
Scope:
Install and configure Bitrix24 On-Premise on CentOS 9
Configure and optimize the Linux environment (CentOS 9) for Bitrix24
Integrate with Cisco CUCM (SIP trunking, call logging, etc.)
Set up CRM modules, user roles, workflows, and automation
Create user groups and permissions based on department structure
Build two simple approval workflows:
Complaint Inquiry tracking
Follow-Up Process
Requirements:
Proven experience with Bitrix24 On-Premise implementation
Strong skills in Linux server configuration, specifically CentOS 9
Experience integrating Bitrix24 with Cisco CUCM
Ability to deliver within a 3-week timeframe
Project Details:
Duration: 3 weeks
Location: Remote (UAE-based preferred)
Engagement: Project-based contract
Budget: fixed price or milestone-based proposals welcomed
