Automated Reporting Solution for ZOHO CRM User

We are a consulting company who utilizes ZOHO CRM for our workflow and client management. We need to have a reporting module setup which can format the data we collect from our clients in ZOHO and distribute to our clients on a monthly and quarterly reporting schedule.
The key client data collection is already automated in ZOHO CRM, it is the output which is required.
We currently have this operating in excel, but need to automate.

You will note in the Workflow we require the ability for the CFO & Consultant to provide insights on a quarterly basis with a simple/user friendly interface.
