Ad hoc Keap help

I'm looking for an excellent English speaking person to work with on all things Keap. I can build landing pages etc but when it comes to automating the triggers for email sequences I get a bit stuck.

I currently have a landing page built and a thank you page build. In the page I have 3 'Get Started' buttons which when pressed takes them to the thank you page - I want to add an email that they'll receive and I think this needs to be a form linked to the 'Get Started' button and this is where I'm currently lost.

I often have these types of queries so am looking for someone to help as and when needed, starting with this first problem.
