Accounting module development for laravel pfoject

Need a developer to create a complete Double Entry Bookkeeping module for a Laravel crm. This module should well structured with good workflow, insights and reports. Below are the expected functions of the system.
The module must be able to be installed or uninstalled into the existing system. The module must be secured have role based access.
