Responsive Email Signature

I need an email signature coding from a supplied visual. Code must be compliant with major email clients and be responsive. Must have experience and examples of working with email signatures. The signature is quite simple as they are stacked on top of each other.

The blue banner can be a single image with a link, the affiliated logos underneath could be one image as well, we don't need to link them anywhere.
