Rebuild my Outlook email signature in HTML add and fix links

I use Outlook (desktop) and currently have an image-based email signature/footer. I need it rebuilt as an Outlook-safe HTML signature (tables + inline styles) so all contact details and logos/companies can be clicked reliably.
What I need done
Rebuild my existing signature to closely match the current layout/branding, but as HTML with live links (Outlook-compatible). I will provide the current signature image/screenshot and any assets needed.
Add an additional organisation to the signature: Heritage Network

Make the logo clickable to the website (and company name too, if included as text).
Check every existing company/accreditation logo/link currently in the signature and ensure the links work correctly (fix broken URLs).

Acceptance checklist (must pass)
All links work when clicked in a sent email.
Phone numbers click-to-call on mobile.
Email opens a new message to the correct address.
Layout doesn’t break in Outlook desktop.
