THE ISSUE
• I have had a computer (COMPUTER 1) for 10 years that has the MS Outlook installed and I have 10 years of Sent and received emails stored on that computer.
• I have a new Computer (COMPUTER 2)which I have Outlook installed in. and my LAPTOP (Apple Macbook Air), phone (Iphone 14)and Ipad receive new emails and are stored in my INBOX on all devices, but I have to go back to COMPUTER 1 to place emails into the relevant folders to store and take out of INBOX.
• But none of the Folders stored on Computer 1 appear on any of the other devices including COMPUTER 2 LAPTOP Iphone or IPAD.
DESIRED SOLUTION
ALL Folders and stored emails appear on both Computers 1 and 2 and also ideally to be available on the other devices LAPTOP IPHONE AND IPAD
N.B.
• Both computers operating.
• New emails arrive in all computers
• There are a large number of emails stored on COMPUTER 1

Previously I have tried to Export and Import email folders but this has not worked.

    Hi Graham, the issue is regarding configuration, you can configure email only with one protocol on one device. you can not configure with one protocol to multiple devices.

    Example if you configure your computer 1 with IMAP, you can not configure other devices with IMAP setting. you have to configure computer 2 with POP2/SMTP setting.

    IMAP show emails exactly same as on web, but POP#/SMTP download all emails in outlook and you can manage your own, but this managed emails and folders with now sync on other devices and as well on web. on other way the IMAP folder and email format will sync on web too. i hope you understand. if not lets discuss in chat and show you demo.
