Looking for technical support setting up outlook IMAP

I am looking for some technical support setting up Outlook email on my computer. I have had my website and email setup using GoDaddy / Wordpress.

After installing my IMAP email settings on my outlook, my inbox seems to work fine, but when sending emails I am having a few issues.

Problem 1) Sent emails are getting stuck in my outbox or being copied into my drafts folder even after they have been sent and recieved by the recipient

Problem 2) When trying to schedule send emails for a later date, nothing happens to the items in my outbox when it comes to the time to send the email

Please let me know if you can help, advice would be much appreciated.
