DOCUMENT CREATION TOOL NEEDED IN WORD OR EXCEL OR PDF OR OTHER

We send personalised letters to clients. The content of the letters is the same. However approximately 15 fields of the letter have to be customised for each client.

Eg client name, address, key dates etc

At present we are changing these fields manually and as a result there are sometimes errors as we sometimes forget to change some of these fields.

We want someone to create a "document creation tool" where we enter the customised information into some kind of form and after pressing "submit" the information is entered into our letter template and the document is created. The letter template will contain text only plus our company logo.

We are open to which programme is used to create the template. It can be Word, PDF creator, Excel or any other programme so long as we have the ability to save it to pdf at the end. Project needs to be completed and delivered within 7 days of us accepting the offer.
