Browsing Customers look alike e mails

I need to send customers who browse my products and my pages an e mail with the products they were browsing or similar to it. now I dont know if I need a plug in or anything else or if it has to be integrated with Mailchimp or if it is a total different platform but the theme I use has a popup option and I would like to use that also I gave an abandoned cart plug in which is working excellent I just need that browsing thing to be added
