Wrap up and fine tune a megento e-commerce site to get it ready to launch

There are a few items we need to complete and a few others we need to fine tune on our site. Along with this we need to add a paypal payments to our site.

We have added the high level requirements document to the post. More detail will be available to ensure a complete understanding of the requirements.
