Wordpress - WooCommerce Custom Work (Site Already setup)

Hello there,

I have a testing site on a Google Cloud, already setup and I require the final touch up on the below Custom work. I have installed and working OTP plugin with SMS gateway setup already (MiniOrange).

1. Need to customise the Customer Register/Login through mobile phone number only with OTP (No Password, Forget Password, etc.)
Once a Customer clicks on Login or Register links, the login page should pop up, giving option to select the specific country code and enter "Mobile Phone Number". User Enters the number and clicks a button "Send Password". Then OTP will be sent to the Customer. Customer enters the OTP and clicks "Login". The mobile phone number gets registered in the database as the Customer and records all the Customer activities to it. If Customer didn't click the Login or Register > At the time of Checkout will prompt to Login or Register.

2. At the time of checkout, Customer to be prompted to enter the Delivery/Shipping address
When the Customer checksout, Two options offered: 1. Delivery in Qatar 2. International Shipping.
When the Customer clicks Delivery in Qatar - Will prompt to enter: Full Name*, Your Zone #, Your Street #, Your Street Name, Your Building #, Your City*, Preferred Delivery Date & Time. The "*" are must data to enter.
When the Customer clicks International Shipping (All DropShipping products will have international address form. Will prompt to enter: Full Name*, Address, Postal/Zip Code, Etc. As per a general shipping address requirement and provide a link to a page "Delivery / Shipping T&C". I will fill up the page data later on.
Any address added as above will be saved under the logged in mobile phone number and can be edited by a logged in Customer by accessing the My Account page, and even the option to add more than one address from My Account page. If there are any addresses already added by a previous loggedin Customer, those should be presented at the time of checkout so that the Customer can select one from the previously saved or add a new.

2.1 Two type of products: 1. Locally Available should show an icon with Qatar Flag
2. Dropshipping products should show a flight icon
best is to have these icons to be added at the time of adding a product, so that I could manually add the icon based on the product type and should work on the uploaded images like a water mark but clear.

3. Translate site English and Arabic (when the site in English, an Icon should be shown in Arabic letters for the Customer to click and the site to be translate to Arabic), Arabic Translation can be done manually and give to you from my side.

4. Require to customise the My Account Page (Probably rename this to Account Info or something).
From My Account > Account Details > We have to remove Password related data and the rest are find as how they are, if possible try to add a feature for the Customer to upload a photo, auto resizing when Customer uploads, limit only to JPEG images.
From My Account > We have to remove Downloads as there will be no download from us.
and make a User friendly template.

5. Email and SMS notifications to the Customer at the end of a payment confirmation.
We gotta send a SMS notification (We can use our SMS gateway for this also) and an Email to the customer as soon as the payment confirmation done. I will write the template contents later. If possible try to add a feature for the tracking of the Delivery / Shipment, We can manfully enter the status to the system though or Dropshipping we can integrate right?.

* Please note we have to set the restrictions to the Review option. Only the Customers who has successfully purchased an item, that means Customer has received the delivered item. Only those Customers can add a review to those specific products which they have paid for & received.

* We gotta add the Wishlist icon next to the Cart Icon on the header.

* Think of something matching for the Compare option to be placed for the Customer to use easily and useful.

Theme color codes: Black Header and Footer background, Solid Color and Hover Color gold as on the site.
