Wordpress customisation URGENT

I have a current Word Press website (v3.6.1) and need some layout changes to the Category page and Product pages in terms of design layout.

1. Category Page
When you land on this page it just needs to show a snapshot of each image – currently it is all too big.
• Smaller box
• Description alongside image
• Price under description – bigger and bolder
• Quantity field and Add to Cart under this (make add to cart centered on the red shape)
• Image to have border around
• Next product then comes under this

2. Product Page
• image to fit width of red box (but with small space either side so not right up to edge)
• When image is clicked, this pops up the Large image and you can also view any other images associated with the product (like a slideshow)
• Price larger and bolder alongside Quantity field and Add to Cart
• Description underneath
• Shipping / Product Brochure / Dimensions underneath this in pink panel
• Can a ‘Back’ button be added below to take user back to previous page?
