Website for hot food takeaway/restaurant.(Dynamic,OScommerce, Jumla, Magento etc)

I am after my business website, it should be Dynamic so i can add remove recipes and product,must accept online order and accept credit card and other payments.

I want similar to this or maybe better, you can use Oscommerce Magento, Joomla or any other plate form.

I want to offer some discount packages to my customers. Like discount vouchers which they will use on checkout page. so I need easy and effective plugin for that.

I want to offer some buy one get one free offer on my menu recipes so i need plugin for that too.

Adding items and removing them, updating pictures, updating price and discount price, are the obvious functionality which i am looking for.

Also how we will receive orders? I am after small Desktop application on shop computer that receive and accept orders.

Followings are also part of project.
• credit card and paypal payment methods.
• customers records and sending them newsletter and offers.
• customers feedback on their order and food rating.
• facebook and other social media page links.
• iphone and Android enable website.

These are the functionality which I am after.
