WEB DESIGN - SEO CONTENT WRITING - ECOMMERCE

I have read your profile with great attention and believe you may be of a great help for my clients and myself. I have recently launched an online web design Company ( lydie-designstudio.co.uk ) and I need help with few projects. I am looking for someone with great experience in web design, programming, SEO content writing and online marketing etc...as each project will require the all package therefore I would like to use the same person in the aim to provide a fast service and best result for a 100% client satisfaction!
ALL WORK should be done under Lydie-designstudio Ltd as well as all optimised content send to me for my client to view. The hosting Company should be fasthost ( we will chose the package - but I will be happy to get your advice on the best one ) A serious and effective research on this industry/competitors/internet should be undertaken.
THIS IS a 3 weeks project including testing! The entire construction should be made available for the client to view from start to finish so he can comments and requests changes as we move along as this guarantee a 100% client satisfaction.

The project:
My client has a farmer in the midlands and would like to set up a website to sell his livestock and advertise his farm. He has been in this business for 15 years now but do not have the time to sit behind a computer. He want a very modern site full of colour and style, easy to navigate-great functionality. Is this somthing you can do? He has already the photos of his farm and a summary of what he wants written on the website. He wants this site up and running in 20 days starting from Wednesday!

Standard features for this kind of industry should be included however the must be features are as follow:
-Being able to sell ( through paypal )
-contact form
-automated email response
-basic statistics
-search section
-content management system ( not too advanced ) so he can make changes, prices, add pictures, etc...
-About 20 pages or less all fully optimised for search engines-increase ranking ( Some are already written only need professional correction and optimization )
-basic servey/comments section or a small questionnaire on where did clients find the site etc..
All work should be done from scratch! please.
-site submission to major search engines such as yahoo, google, excite and many more!!!!! The most effective but affordable solution.
