We need help to upgrade our WooCommerce solution from version 2.0.20 to 2.1.12

Description of requirements/features: We need a helping hand to upgrade our Woo Commerce solution from version 2.0.20 to the most recent one (2.1.12). Wordpress also needs updating from version 3.5.2 to 3.9.2

Work that needs to be undertaken (not exhaustive):
- Upgrade woo commerce
- Upgrade wordpress
- Identify any changes required to customized code/plug-ins
- Upgrade of plug-ins to versions that are compatible with latest version
- Test, test and test (regression test functionality of site)
Extra notes: - We have a customized and responsive theme
- All code is in github
- Integration server available for final testing, but development probably best done one local machine
- Number of woo plug-ins: 15
- There are many further functional updates in the pipeline, so follow up work is likely
