Volusion ecommerce store build

I am looking for an experienced Web Designer/Developer to create an ecommerce store on the Volusion CMS. I just need the intial build doing so that we can go live. We will then take over adding the products etc.
The successful bidder will be given the template style, all images, copy and navigation requirements.
We are initially looking at 5 categories in the store and approximately 30-40 products for the launch.
We will also need some auto email responders/receipts dependant on product purchased.
