Virtuemart implementation and configuration ready to go

Hi all,

I need you all to configure, finetune and bring up a fully operational webshop environment.
What I want you to do is to
- configure the webshop for the Netherlands and Belgium. So all variables have to be adjusted to this geographical location.
- configure the back end and front end to fully align with the layout and graphical template that is at the website
- Implement a product that is calculated based on measurements, for example we have a square meter price and based on the input of the customer, the price is calculated in width and length
- the complete webshop needs to be fully operational
- I want you to implement the possibility for the user to receive an offer in PDF and when approved then an invoice is generated
- All transactional emails need to be high quality content and professional
- the implementation needs to be GDPR compliant, so you will provide the correct terms, general shop legal content
- additional products must be associated to primairy products
- SEO strategy per content type of the product is highly optimized
- I need you to do all the preparations to have a fully, highly professional webshop online.

Current installation is Joomla (latest version), and based on the Gantry 5 framework and Helium type template
